Tranquil haven with thoughtful touches
If you are looking for a place that combines thoughtful details, a peaceful atmosphere and a touch of adventure ( thanks to the stairs ), then look no further. This hidden gem exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.

Sheraton alternative
I had a conference at the Sheraton and was so fortunate to find this delightful place to stay a 20 min walk from the Sheraton. It was like a little apartment on the side of a home. It had a separate entrance with a key code. Inside it was cozy, clean and comfortable. I actually wish I could stay longer. It was a great location near Crown center, nice neighborhood and so easy to get around by walking. The only downfall was the stairs. They are steep, winding and there are 2 flights. Do not bring heavy luggage or have knee issues.

We stayed for a couple of nights while visiting KC. The check-in process was simple, and the instructions were clear and detailed. Very comfortable, homey feel.

Great location with nice spaces.
The location was ideal as my sister just bought a place a block away. Stairs were a little steep, but easily negotiated. Super clean with a few very nice touches. Great communications with the host, too. I’ll definitely be staying again since it’s so close to my sister’s new place.

Great Place
This is really a wonderful place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The couch made out to a bed if you needed it. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe. I love the mix of new and old furniture. It made it a very unique place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do i.e. arrowhead Stadium, Crown Center, city market. It was very easy to get around where we wanted to go. This is an attic apartment. If you Do Not have the ability to do stairs, I would not recommend this place. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep. You do however have a couple of places that you can stop and rest that is a plus.

Home away from home
I felt at home here. The owners went above and beyond to make my stay cozy and convenient. The check in process was seamless. The flat is loaded with everything you need but inevitably forget when traveling (toothepaste, brushes, Advil, floss, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, etc etc). The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. I couldn’t have had a better stay.
