Today, you’ll find more than 600 businesses in Waldo, 60 percent of which are locally owned, surrounded by a family-oriented neighborhood. It’s a wonderful place to work, shop, live and play!

Walk directly into the living room and you will immediately feel right at home away from home. The living room features plenty of seating and a Smart TV to access your Netflix and Hulu accounts for a relaxing evening in.

The dining room is right off the kitchen and includes a table for 4 to have an intimate meal, play board games or set up shop for work.

You will love the kitchen! Brand new stainless steel appliances are included along with a full coffee bar to start your morning off right! Four different brewing options are available including, drip, Keurig, French press and pour over. K-cups, creamer and sugar are provided with every stay! All basic cooking tools are included such as pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware.

There is one full size bathroom on the main level of the home with a shower/tub combo. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products are provided including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The host provides one large bath towel and washcloth per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience.

One bedroom is located on the main level and the other is on the second floor. The lower level bedroom features a large king size bed, tv, dresser and closet space for your personal items.

The other bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, dresser and closet for personal items. Unpack and stay awhile!

The backyard is fully fenced for your traveling fur companions.

This home has private driveway parking which will accommodate two vehicles.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two pets which is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**
