"My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night visit to Grouse Haven. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the snow covered woods on the property. We enjoyed our time at Grouse Haven so much that we hated to leave. Phyllis was a delight to get to know and was very helpful to us. We can’t wait to make a return visit to this lovely property."

"This was a wonderful little cabin to stay in during the winter. The inside was nice and cozy with the little fireplace, and the view outside with all the snow was beautiful. The owners gave clear check-in and check-out information that was easy to follow, and the background information about the cabin was a nice touch. The location is nice, with a lot to do in the surrounding area, even in the winter, with two state parks within 30 minutes of the cabin. The only issues were the sulfur smell of the water and the condition of the surrounding roads however both of these were mentioned in the property information and we appreciate the transparency for both. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would love to return. Thank you for having us!"

"Stay was comfortable. We visited during low season, so plenty of rooms available. Staff was very accomodating with a handicapped room as I had been injured the day before trip and was only walking due to the aid of a knee brace. Great stay, thank you!"
