"We spent 2 nights with another couple at the Hydro and loved it! They've updated an iconic property tastefully and kept as many Art Deco features as possible. The staff is excellent. If you're lucky enough to catch the Manager Marcus when he's not busy, he can share some incredibly interest history about the property. He seems to always be on site making sure things are running smoothly. 2 of us had the buffet breakfast which had plenty of choice and was replenished while we were there. Coffee to taste is ordered separately. The view from the restaurants and bar are stunning, and the bartender from Brisbane entertaining. I hope we get a chance to return! This was a return visit for our friends who have been 3 times in the past. They were impressed with the renovations. Would definitely return! There is road construction currently in front of the building, but it didn't interupt our stay. "

"Great location, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Only negative comment is that there was no view from the ‘garden view’ room balcony as the trees were so high. "

"Absolutely amazing property in the rain forest with a five minute walk to Wentworth Falls view. Each apartment can be two bedroom by opening the adjoining door to upstairs studio. So our two bedroom rental came with two fulky stocked kitchens, two bathrooms with a two person jet tub / shower combo, two outside patio / balcony, total of two king size beds, couches, tvs, fire places, kitchen tables, great air conditioning, two free parking spots etc. It can not be overstated how beautiful the Wentworth falls are. The birds and wildlife very nicely interact with you. Short drive to other mountain towns. Also a short 10 min walk to the train from Sydney that you could also take other towns. This is the place to stay, you wont be disappointed. "

"Everything worked as it should have. I didn't try the air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The check in was easy, the receptionist knew I was arriving late and that was not a problem. The motel was a walkable distance from town. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if the price was right."
