"It was a quick stay. This is our second time staying there and we simply needed a safe place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I appreciate that it was warm when we arrived. My primary complaint about this hotel is the limited staffing hours and late check-in time. The location is convenient to a friend's home, so it's a good fit for us. "It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November."
