Villa Laurus ex Villa Majoli

Situated in the green countryside of the Istrian Peninsula, Villa Laurus (ex Villa Majoli)in Kanfanar is only 20 minutes from the picturesque old town of Rovinj and the Adriatic Sea. Recently renovated from an old farm house dating back to 1750, Villa Laurus welcomes guests with the authentic atmosphere of a traditional Istrian Country House with modern amenities. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden of 2,500 m2 with various terraces, large pool, outdoor shower and a private children’s playground. An outdoor kitchen as well as an old traditional pizza oven are unique features of this traditional Istrian Country House. From the terrace, Villa Laurus offers a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding scenic countryside.
Pets are wellcome, alowed 2 pets. Pet fee 25 €per pet per day.

Entspannung pur!
Wir waren zu sechst (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in der Villa Laurus. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und die Liegen sind komfortabel. Auch die Lage ist toll, wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und waren gleich zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Wir können dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Lage ist top! Eine halbe Stunde von Rovinj entfernt aber trotzdem sehr schön ruhig. Wir sind bereits letztes Jahr hier gewesen. Der Poolbereich ist komplett neu gemacht worden mit neuen Liegen und Steinplatten anstatt Holz welches viel angenehmer ist zum gehen. Unsere Kinder freuen sich immer wieder auf die Rutsche und Schaukel. Beides scheint komplett überholt worden zu sein. Das Haus ist schön renoviert worden, vor allem die Küche und Wohnzimmer. Wie immer war der Pizzaofen draußen ein Highlight. Was Sauberkeit betrifft hatten wir absolut keine Klagen. Michael
