"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "Nikolas was very kind to us! We werw very late because pur luggage was no there at the airport in Athens. Nervertheless we had a great welcome by Nikolas. We enjoyed our stay, nade visits to Mykene, Epidauros and so on. But we also visited the town enjoyed the markets. the resttaurants and even the beach. On the other hand we hat beautiful evenings in the house, we were able to prepare beautiful meals in the fully eqipped kitchen. Thank You Nikolas"

"The apartment is very spacious for our family (two adults, two children). Nice bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable airco, and beautiful view on the sea from multiple terraces. The swimming pool is perfect to cool off and have fun with the kids. There are plenty nice beaches around, even within 5 minutes walking distance. Kosta as place is not very interesting, but it is only a 10 minutes drive to Porto Cheli with AB supermarket, bakeries and nice restaurants. John is a very kind host,...
