"They gave us a romantic set up with swab towels, tea light candles, and lots of chocolates for our honeymoon stay! The all the food was superb, location phenomenal, and staff were excellent! Wonderful, clean facilities! This was the perfect base point for exploring the area and visiting Jungfraujoch! Will definitely be staying again! "

"This hotel is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous. There is not much going around in interlaken west but the train station is literally next door, so you can hop off to any where in switzerland."

"I really enjoyed my short stay, I felt super comfortable the moment I got into my room. It was super clean and tidy which is always the most important thing for me. The view of the Eiger was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful, I even had to go to the hospital because I got ill and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful with finding me a doctor. The staff was super accommodating with everything I needed or any question I had, I actually was a bit sad to leave. I did not get to use the spa or pools as I forgot to bring my bikini and didn't have enough time but it looked absolutely wonderful. I like the concept of having to book a slot so that it doesn't get too busy, which really adds to feeling super zen. I was a solo traveller and the other guests were mostly couples. I will definitely be back another time, solo or not!"
