"This was my second time staying at Chatrium and they really rolled out the red carpet for me! They upgraded my room and left me a complimentary fruit basket and personalized welcome letter. The room amenities were upgraded too. This is my favorite hotel for staycatuons by far and their spa is top notch and their dinner options are superior. I must also mention how their breakfast caters to Western tastes with also vegetarian options and local Burmese options. The cafe has so much to offer as well, and their wait staff--especially Ms. Bam Bam are extremely friendly, helpful, and doting. I highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of all the offerings."

"Hotel staff were always kindness and helpful. When I've faced Wi-Fi connection trouble, they were willing to support it. Room was clean and tidy, there were necessary amenities, free bottle of mineral waters,etc. Location was also walkable to the city center. I want to stay this hotel next time as well."

"This is a wonderful hotel. Opposite the lake, next to a shopping plaza, close to city. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The staff are amazing."

"Would have given them at least 4 stars overall but my 15 nights stay was somewhat miserable. Myanmar gets very hot and humid most times. During my stay the building AC was not working pretty much throughout my stay. Walked in and it felt like it was steaming hot. Good thing my room had backup AC unit but that barely cool the room. Laundry was ridiculously priced for a piece of clothing like pant or shirt it was $2-3 which is absurd. However, front desk customer service was pleasant. Until the building AC unit is fixed, I do not recommend. "
