"Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip."

"Definitely met our expectations! Thanks for a great stay!! Pat and Kaleen were very responsive owners. The house was clean and cozy with tons of cute details. Plenty of space for our group with 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. So easy to get over to Cranmore for skiing. Kids loved the pac man game. And plenty of other board games to keep them entertained. "

"We enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool table and yard full of snow were a big hit. The loft bedroom was great for the kids (9&11) The floor to very high ceiling windows were stunning and let in amazing warm light. The furniture was a little rough all of the dinning room chairs were very loose and the couch was an issue because the recliners wouldn't close. We tried to let the owner know and never got a response. Overall good house for the value and would recommend staying...

" We had a great time at the Chalet. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Santa’s Village was a quick hour drive through the mountains, was great for the kids. Multiple close restaurants with great takeout. The chalet itself was very clean and had all we needed for the stay. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pot/pans as well as plates/cups/silverware for nights in. Access to the pools across the street was great and may have been my kids favorite part of the trip....

"We always enjoy our stay in Jackson. Very close to the XC-Ski trail network. The house has everything we need, and ping pong and pool table too, for evening activities."
