This is a property located very close to Ernakulam (North) Town railway station - just 3-5 mins by walk. It is a small property but maintained clean. The room is neither too cramped nor large; good for a family of 4 to stay for a couple of days. Hot water for bathing is available 24 hours a day. AC works well and the staff are courteous, offered extra chair to sit and blankets. There is a vegetarian restaurant called Sri Ram Nivas close to the railway station, decent food and lunch meal on banana leaf for just Rs.80, so all in all A V Residency is a good property to stay here.
