"Our stay was good. The hotel was pretty busy with an event in town. No working elevator and we were on the third floor. They did offer assistance with our bags. Breakfast was the same as most other chain properties. They were very busy but kept up with demand. Hotel was clean and well kept."

"The staff was very quick to help when we needed new sheets and trash bags. The cleaning lady stopped by multiple times asking if we needed anything. The pool was a relaxing temperature. Breakfast was ready and hot at 5 am. My only two complaints were about the ice hold hot tub and lack of gym equipment. Some of it didn’t work or didn’t work well. Apart from those which went much of an issue our stay was pleasant and we will definitely chose this hotel for our next visit. "

"The Bayside Cottage had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated, easy to get to, and close to Clear Lake and Mason City. We would definitely stay here again!"
