Stunning new build finished 2022. 4 BR (3 w/king beds), 3 full baths, game room w/ custom murals, spacious open concept kitchen & living room, dining area, laundry room, 2 outdoor spaces

Enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock cliffs on the 23x10 back patio. After a day of adventures, come relax on the front porch & watch the sunset over the red cliffs in front of the house.

This relaxing retreat with amazing views is a wonderful place to rest, recharge, and make memories with family or friends. The unique decor will inspire you to get out and see the beautiful scenery in the area.

The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals that you can enjoy at the kitchen island or the indoor or outdoor dining areas.

The garage has been converted into a game room and there are two walls with huge, custom murals painted by a talented muralist! The game room includes a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, foosball, and darts. We prefer that you do not park in the garage, but please message us if you must park in the garage (1 car only).

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Adventure Retreat. The house was clean, beds COMFORTABLE, and communication was great. Also, loved being able to walk out the door and catch a trail. Would stay there again!

Very detailed hosts
Our stay in Kanab was perfect! The hosts provided room descriptions outside of the bedrooms, a book with pages and pages of information on all the local parks and activities and very clear check out instructions. We loved hanging out in the garage playing games. I also have to mention how extremely soft the comforters and blankets were. Utah was a special place enhanced by this great home.

Kanab rocks!
This was a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed every part of our stay here including a great time playing darts and ping pong in the evenings. The owners were great to work with and very responsive with communication. Don’t hesitate to book this property. The town of Kanab was also great being centrally located and super friendly people.

We had 8 adults plenty of room for everything. House is absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for Bryce Cannon, antelope canyon, and zion national park. The North rim of the grand canyon was closed due to snow so we drove to the south rim 3 1/2 hours away.. this place is incredible you want be disappointed.

One of the Best Places I have Stayed, Awsome Views and very Spacious.
This is a great place, one of the cleanest I have ever stayed. Rooms are so spacious, one of the things that called my attention was the wall art on each room, as someone who likes to visit National Parks and great natural spots I thought this was great to see this at every room. Playroom was very fun. We used the pimpon table and the fusball. Kitchen has everything for you to cook, even though we did not spend time in the house, I think for someone who likes to vacation and stayed at home it has everything you need, the views around house are a plus, we saw one of the best sunsets. Overall great house for your adventure.

The location is great - close to grocery store, town center and major roads. Beautiful views from the home. We had 2 families with 4 teen girls and the 3 full baths were awesome! Newly constructed so everything was in great condition. Lots of space for our belongings - garage, closets, pantry… We were able to visit 4 national parks and Lake Powell during our week stay. We highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Kanab Stay!
Great property - convenient to Grand Canyon’s North Rim, Zion and Bryce. Kanab’s tourist information building is just a few blocks away- worth a stop. We were able to walk to a trailhead just down the street from the property to start out adventure. House was clean, modern, spacious, light filled and well equipped. The views were outstanding! We loved having 3 bathrooms with 6 adults! Regan was quick to reply to our questions, both before and during our trip. He sent us detailed information about places to go as a follow up to some of our questions. This is a fantastic choice if you are staying with a group in Kanab. Enjoy!

Buddy and Suzanne love this VRBO!!!! No other way to say it. Regan and Travis are outstanding folks and they host a wonderful home. They were “all about making things comfortable for us”. The house has striking views of the cliffs, deep red and rocky! There is plenty of room and organized smartly. The couches and bed were extremely comfortable. I have back issues and usually sleep in a lounger at home, but this master bedroom bed was so comfortable, I was able to sleep in the bed! The garage had all kinds of fun games like ping pong, mini basketball, foosball and darts! We cannot gush enough about this property! We want to come back often!

Great, Peaceful & Very spacious stay!
I was amazed with how spacious it was. You know how deceiving pictures of real estate can be. I thought it would be smaller than it looked, but it was not! I absolutely loved how it was decorated - very creative - especially the Garage Game Room. My boys loved that & it was a great backdrop for family photos. Neighborhood and town was great. Not too commercialize but plenty of enjoyment. Great community park. Trails close by. ATV rental right outside the neighborhood. Very peaceful neighborhood. BLM Visitor Center at the neighborhood entrance also. They help a great deal with discerning weather before hiking the slot canyons. With their help we were able to hike 2 slot canyons safely. Spectacular hikes that I really wanted my kids to experience. Our hosts were so very helpful. Never had anything too serious but when we did need help they were extremely responsive, helpful & kind. I highly recommend!

Amazing Utah Adventure Retreat
Yes, Kanab looks good on me. My wife and I planned this Utah trip way back in February. I spent a long time looking at the numerous homes that are available. I settled on the Utah Adventure Retreat and we were not disappointed. We were traveling with another couple and wanted the bedrooms to have 2 King beds. This property has 3 king bedroom, plus a bunk room with 2 bunk beds. The Master Suite takes up a good portion of one half of the house and is well planned. The home is brand new and immaculate. It's located at the base of a vermillion cliff and hiking trails are foot steps away. The BLM visitor center is walking distance and has a wealth of information on the national parks and monuments. Centrally located for day trip and back to Bryce, N Rim Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the Wave and So Coyote Buttes. Zion can also be a day trip, but that was a separate 5 day trip. Kanab is a cool town with lots of dining options 5 to 10 minutes away ( our favorite: Wild Thyme Cafe). The hosts were very responsive and wanted to make us feel at home. All 4 of use were thrilled that we chose this property for 5 nights. Dee and I are already plotting a Utah vacation in 2024 with our adult children and grandchildren. This property will be at the top of our list to book. Thanks to the Perry's for designing and building a perfect vacation home in an idyllic setting!

Peaceful quiet stay
My family and I found this home to be just what we were looking for. We wanted to be together as a family for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of our oldest son and this was the perfect choice for us. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. The openess if the home made it the perfect hangout when we weren't visiting the many amazing things to see.

Fit my colleagues and myself's needs perfectly. Good base of operations for our work crew and close to all the good things Kanab has to offer. I really like that three of the rooms have king sized beds instead of twins/doubles all over the house like lots of other places do to claim a higher sleeping capacity. Would stay here again, probably very soon.
