Great spot for Zion and Bryce hiking
Very nice place to base our 4 night stay for days hiking Zion and Bryce. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, comfortable living space to relax at night. And the front porch is awesome!!

Great house in a great town!
The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of space, super clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was an added bonus with the nice weather. It is close to Zion National Park and a little further to Bryce National Park but still an easy drive. The host was readily available when needed for questions. Highly recommended!

Nice modernized older home
This is an nice older home with many modern features that we really liked. Especially nice kitchen area. We spent some very peaceful time on the front porch in the rocking chairs. The home is in a great central location. The curtains/blinds are a little lacking in some rooms.

The rental was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed as far as bedding, toiletries, and board games for the kids. It was centrally located to many activities that we had scheduled and parks we wanted to visit. The porch bed swing was an extra bonus and a fun place to relax in the afternoon.The house manager was quick to respond to questions over text. We would definitely stay here again.

Over all this little house is perfect for a visit to Bryce/Zion national parks along with many trails and national forests, and most importantly Best friends animal sanctuary. Easy walking to restaurants/grocery. The only issue is the yard is not fully fenced-but the owner has plans to do so this year- then it would be perfect for families/small children/ all dogs. Overall we would recommend this property.

Perfect Kanab getaway location!
We had the best time. Property was clean, cute and comfortable for our family of 4! Newly updated. Fully stocked with all your home away from home needs and great location. It snowed and rained all week, but would have been easy to walk to all the best dinner spots and the grocery store. Kanab is stunning and this was the perfect little getaway spot! For those adventure lovers, we explored over 40 miles of trails - including horseshoe bend, white wave, peekaboo canyon, cottonwood canyon, south coyote buttes, Bryce NP, Zion NP and more! There’s SO much SO close!!!

Very comfortable, wide open remodel with all the amenities
We celebrated Thanksgiving here and the house accommodated 5 people well! It had a newly remodeled kitchen with a large center island making food prep a breeze. There was a dishwasher, including garbage disposal, allowing us to clean up quick and watch the football games on a large sofa and 2 comfy chairs. The 2 main bedrooms had comfortable queen sized beds with large closet spaces and the third bedroom had a bunk bed ideal for kids, but will work for 2 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, the only thing missing was a coffee pot for ground coffee. There was a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of single serve K cups. We didn't relax on the porch or by the fire pit because it was too cold during our stay, but would like to revisit and do so in the future. A great base camp to see the sites in southwest Utah!

Perfect house for anniversary trip.
This updated home was cozy and cute with all of the modern conveniences. The kitchen was bright and sunny, beds were comfortable and warm and the living areas big enough to spread out. We spent every morning on the porch watching the sun hit the red rocks. Perfect for couples or a family.

Really nice place. All good except: Kitchen severely under equipped. Who doesn’t need a colander? Steak knives? Etc. Plethora of digital cameras outside creates a sense of being watched. Thought I might have been in a battle with the thermostat…

Great Rental!
Very nice, we throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very nicely remodeled, very spacious, beautiful kitchen … front porch is a showstopper. House is in a great location, convenient for Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend, as well as other local attractions. Very nice grocery store 2 minutes away. Would highly recommend.
