Incredible place
Although we spent most of the days at the local national parks, the times we didn't at the condo were very pleasant. The home was immaculate and every amenity we needed was available. Great place to stay if you're going to Zion, Grand Canyon, Cedar Break, or Bryce Canyon.

Love Kanab!
We had an incredible stay in Kanab! Loved the area and all the adventures to be had in the area. We stayed 7 nights at the townhome, and were so happy that we did. The townhome was well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated…the hot tub was a plus for stargazing at night after a day of hiking. Bed was very comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. Would def stay again!

This condo is beautiful and equipped with everything our family needed for a wonderful stay. Communication with the owner was responsive. The property is super clean and well organized and the washer and dryer were very much appreciated. It’s quite the gem!

So clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with little extras made our stay so nice like crockpot, plenty of towel, washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen for cooking, tv in every bed room for downtime. . This property has absolutely everything that we could have wanted or needed. Kanab is a cute town and is located in the middle of all of the National Parks. The hot tub was wonderful for after all of the hiking we did during our stay there.

Nice getaway for a medium sized family.
This place was very well decorated and was very clean. The beds were soft too which was fantastic. Backyard area was very nice for hanging out. Only minor complaint was the coffee maker was super cheap. Took 45 minutes to an hour for one pot. Would still stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful condo and great location
This condo was great for our family of 4! Kanab is centrally located to several national parks, including Bruce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon, as well as several other smaller local hikes. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. This is a a great place to stay when visiting Kanab!

Thanksgiving in Kanab
Spent Thanksgiving weekend in the hot tub townhouse. Lots of room and everything was clean and organized. Had a great visit with family and took in the Kanab tree lighting and parade. Only problem was the coffee maker. Needs to be replaced with something more efficient. Hot tub was great and well maintained. Great property for a relaxing stay.

Awesome VRBO!!!!!!
We loved staying in this VRBO. Extremely clean and comfortable. Convenient to both Zion and Bryce National Parks. I loved being able to spread out after a long day hiking. The hot tub was amazing too. Very clean. We enjoyed grilling dinner on the back patio. I liked having laundry avail. Great they provided towels for hot tub. Only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was too soft. Didn’t have a box spring.

Home Base for several day trips
We chose Kenab so that we could easily get to Zion, Bryce, North Rim, Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. The place was better than expected. It was so neat and organized. The beds were comfy. The towels were fluffy. The owners had shampoo, lotion, shower gel - and not just travel sizes. Able to do laundry- everything was there. Used their cooler for our day trips. Hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing. I’d say this was the cleanest and most orderly VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful Location and property
We loved Kanab! We loved this property! Everything in the home was very clean. The King size bed was very Comfortable and so were the pillows! I loved the fuzzy blankets! The kitchen was great-pots and pans were there as well as coffee & coffee pot! We used the crock pot for our steak & potatoes and enjoyed a meal when we got home from hiking! The hot tub was great to soak in when coming home with achey muscles. The patio the hot tub is on was private but it needs some attention. The outdoor furniture needs cleaned and the grill cover and brush was in a corner of the patio in some debris. In all fairness this could have blown off in the wind. The grill was nice to have but there was no propane in the tank (the reason our meal went in the crockpot the next day). Although, it was stipulated in the agreement that there may not be gas in the tank (from previous renters) I wouldn't mind paying the extra to know it is filled and can be utilized when needed. The use of the garage was nice! We will be back!

The check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy and convenient. The rental is located in the quaint town of Kanab which is within a fairly short distance to many cool places (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, North rim of the Grand Canyon). It was clean and decently stocked. The owners included many essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The kitchen had most of the basics and also included a fully stocked spice rack. There was a hot tub on the back patio which was perfect for a soak after a long day of hiking and exploring. We even saw two shooting stars while we soaked. The space was large, roomy, and modern. The blankets on the beds were extremely soft. My daughter even took a picture of the tag so she can order her own when we get home. There was no cable service for the tv, but we logged into our own streaming service (although I can’t say how good the internet streaming speed was since we rarely watched tv). My youngest loved the horses next door and fed them carrot and apple snacks each day. A few notes of caution: the bedrooms are all on the second floor so those with mobility issues may have trouble with access. Secondly, the town of Kanab only has two small grocery stores that are ok…not great. We just planned on using them for hiking lunch snacks, but many of the restaurants required reservations or were not open everyday so you’ll need to plan ahead. It could be due to COVID related worker shortages (Nov 2021) but even Pizza Hut had a two hour wait and wouldn’t deliver even though it was only about three blocks away. I mention this for two reasons: 1- the kitchen did not have foil, bags, storage, etc. so that was a bit inconvenient when you are forced to cook multiple meals. 2- anyone who plans on eating in Kanab after hiking and exploring will need to call ahead to make sure the restaurant is open and able to serve you. Nothing is worse than no food after a long day adventuring. Overall, we had an amazing stay and had a blast exploring the national parks and other local hidden gems.
