We offer you a unique and amazing view of the vermilion cliffs, city of Kanab, and the gorgeous southern view toward the Kaibab National Forest. At night revel in the clear, visible, incredible starlit sky. We must also mention the dazzling late summer storms of our "monsoon season", and the most colorful awe-inspiring sunsets.

This home is located within a few minutes' walk to the city pool, city park, skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, and splash pad for the little ones. Fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. Water filtered through reverse osmosis system to the fridge. Double car garage and extra-large driveway. The house is on 2/3 acre, with loads of space for run and play. Fully fenced and landscaped gardens with lawn, trees, flowers, ponds, stamped concrete patio with pergola, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and barbecue. The yard is in the process of being restored. The peaches and blackberries from the garden are delicious! This rental served our needs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The attached garage was a plus. And the location was good with a quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable and well appointed
This lovely place is in neighborhood but the patio with twittering birds and view if the cliffs makes it feel intimate. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen made it an ideal place. The host was gracious and helpful.

Spectacular!
This is a wonderful place in a great location. We used it as our base for 5 days and traveled to many of the major sites: Grand Canyon north rim, Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, and also explored the local area. We loved hiking the trails that go up the red hills in the back yard. The place itself is very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio. The host is great, very communicative and we had no issues. We will absolutely stay here again the next time.

Anniversary vacation
Great home base for exploring all the magnificent parks and hikes Utah has to offer. Visited Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks (snow!!!), Kodachrome Basin (personal favorite), Vermillion Cliffs and so much more. House was clean and comfortable. We are missing our red rock already!

Great place for amazing adventures
Fantastic property with fabulous location. Beauty in every direction. Our group did Hog Canyon, Peek a boo slot, white pocket, the Grand Canyon, and Zion. Property was centrally located from so much beauty. We enjoyed grilling each night in the backyard under amazing views and stars. Excellent.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is wonderful. We went to Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Antelope. The location is central to all of them. The house had everything we needed and we loved having a relaxing glass of wine outside every night enjoying the awesome view and beautiful back yard. The owners were very easy to work with the helpful with questions I had both before and the couple that maintains the house checked in with us to make sure we were all set during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location and property!!!
This is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in over the past 7 years! Centrally located to explore ZION, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Staircase-Escalante National Parks/Monuments, and a multitude of state parks in Arizona, Nevada & Utah, it was relaxing to end our day staring at the backyard scenery. A quiet neighborhood, we all slept well. The house is well appointed, plenty of linens, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. - perfect for our annual travel adventures with a couple of best friends. I wish we had more time to explore Kanab, and additional natural resources -- highly recommend!

Overall, it was good
Overall, the house was very clean and very nice. It has a beautiful view. We were happy with our stay, and I recommend it to others. Two things: 1) I was initially frustrated, because we didn't receive the code needed for the key. For whatever reason, we didn't get an automated response with that info. However, once the owner realized this, he was prompt to help us, and it turned out fine. 2) A member of our group noted there were ants in the laundry room. However, we didn't see any elsewhere. Again, overall it was a great place to stay.

House in Kanab
The house was fantastic and everything was as advertised. The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens, pots and pans, dishware, and.paper goods. Each bathroom had dispensers in the shower with shower gel, conditioner and shampoo which was extraordinary. TV even had Netflix. The outdoor patio was very relaxing in the evening. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage every night. Location was awesome with the rock formations right behind the house. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The host was unaware of the condition of his property...
I had a vacation rental and totally understand being a 'distance' owner. I needed guests to be my 'eyes' when there were things I wouldn't be aware of (since I am NOT the one STAYING there). I took pictures and tried to share with the host what we discovered and he was very appreciative. He said he will be arriving soon to take care of what he wasn't aware was happening. The property is lovely and I felt badly for him that it had fallen from the standard he thought he was providing. I don't need to go into detail... I fully expect the owner will take care of everything and get his listing up to the standard he wishes to offer. Thank you

Nice quiet, cozy house.
We enjoyed our seven day stay at the end of August. Courtney's house was clean and well prepared, with clean and comfortable beds, towels, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Appliances are a bit outdated but everything worked fine. Beautiful backyard and no bugs at all to our surprise!! Swimming pool is a city pool and was closed on Sunday when we arrived which was a little disappointing for the kids. During the week it was only open from 3pm-7pm which we thought was kinda weird but oh well we're New Yorkers...😉 We actually never had a chance to visit it, as we were staying busy enjoying many attractions near Kanab. Overall great experience, thank you Courtney & Thierry!

Nice stay, quiet location
This was a very nice stay over all. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was spotless and well cared for. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. Two fairly small concerns: 1. Like another reviewer had mentioned, there are only very flat sleeping pillows which may be a problem for some. 2. I tried to text the manager to ask a question about the TV. We finally sorted it out ourselves as we received no response. The garage was nice. I would definitely stay here again when in Kanab. One more insight to make a comfortable stay. We had to turn the water heater up from lukewarm to the lowest "A" setting to get good hot water. Good idea to check the setting on arrival.

Good location!
The owner was responsive to questions. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable, though as mentioned in previous reviews, the pillows were thin. (There were 4 thin pillows on each bed which helped a little.) We were happy to have a place to stay after a day at the North Rim since there were no vacancies at the North Rim. But the photos make the outside landscaping and home interior appear newer than it is. The red rock behind the house is beautiful; wish more of it could be seen from the back patio and inside the home. The available frying pans probably should be replaced. The cleaning fee seems high since we were expected to strip the bed clothes, then load and start the washing machine. And load and start the dishwasher. Just FYI, we don't recommend pizza from the local pizzeria, Lotsa Motsa. It was extremely expensive and in our opinion didn't taste that good. Stick with tried and true Pizza Hut!

Right by the red rocks!
We had a short stay on our way to the southwest, but found the home very clean, in a convenient and safe location and comfortable. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Kanab has become a fun town to visit.

Beautiful property!
My wife and I traveled to Kanab for Grand Circle Trailfest and this house was walking distance to Jacob Hamblin Park which was very convenient for us. Overall great house, had everything we needed. Great views in the backyard.

Nice house with an even nicer view
5 friends and I stayed here during a motorcycle trip we were on. The garage was big enough for all 6 bikes to fit in for the night which was nice. The backyard was definitely the highlight for us with a great view and comfortable seating.

Best Friends Outing
This is the second year we have rented this house and will attempt to rent this same house again if we return. The location is great for volunteering at Best Friends. The view, house amenities, cleanliness and neighborhood are phenomenal. love this house
