New to market, A26 is a modern two-bedroom condo at the Hapuna Beach Residences offering the best beachfront location in Hawaii! Completed in 2022, this luxurious residence provides guests a front-row seat to gorgeous sunrises and the pristine Pacific ocean just steps away. The Hapuna Beach Residences are located adjacent to the Westin Hapuna Hotel, providing guests the best of both worlds with access to the world class hotel facilities (for an additional fee), but with the luxury to retreat to your own private residence and the comforts of a home.

A26 has a floorplan that is highly desirable and unique within the development. Larger than most two-bedrooms and comprising 1,612 square feet of living space, A26 features an oversize master bedroom suite with a premium ocean view, sitting area, walk-in closet, large bathroom with soaking tub, and wall-to-wall retractable glass doors that disappear to allow you to meld with the beautiful ocean scenery. Another great feature of A26's floor-plan is the open concept kitchen and living space that allows for unobstructed views of the beach from the kitchen and a great space for families to gather. There is a second guest bedroom perfect for the kids with a bunk bed (twin over full) and another full bathroom across the hallway with a shower. Other features include a dedicated laundry room with washer & dryer, central air conditioning, wifi, and 24-hour security.

Guests of Hapuna Beach Residences A26 may purchase resort access for $120/day in 2024 and $130/day in 2025 + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person), giving you unfettered access to all the amenities of the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Resort. Purchase of this privilege includes access to the hotel beach & pool, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, fitness center, discounted golf, access to Mauna Kea Seaside Tennis (court fees apply) and a personal charge account for dining and activities. Perfect Spot
This is a GREAT spot in all respects. First, everything spotless. Communication was virtually instantaneous on any questions. They even managed to get us in to the unit two hours early, which was incredibly appreciated! There is everything you need in terms of supplies,and also a decent assortment of oils, spices and sundries that it is helpful not to have to buy. The unit has an awesome view of the beach and we spent every morning sipping coffee on the balcony. Beds were comfy, huge TV, and a truckload of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Washer/Dryer were very useful though they only handle small loads. We would definitely return, and would definitely be very happy to work with South Kohala Management on this ir any other rental. Thank you!,

Stunning condo with unmatched views and perfect for a family of four. The condo is equipped with high-end appliances and decor and is situated next door to the neighboring Westin Hapuna and its amenities. While you need to purchase a pass for the Westin and Mauna Kea, it is absolutely worthwhile. We will return again, no question. Communication on how to enter the condo could have been better and since we were checking in late at night, we were a little concerned. In the end though, the property manager called a couple of times and we got what we needed in time.

We have stayed at this property prior to it being turned into private condos. The location is the best on the big island. The sunsets from this property were amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we would have. The amenities and the beach are perfect. Snorkeling from right outside from the beach was perfect. No reason for excursions when staying at this property. We will be back.

Such a beautiful and comfortable unit with stunning beach views and sunsets. We loved it so much the first time that we booked again for the next year. Access (for a fee) to the Westin and Mauna Kea resorts is incredible. It’s a five star experience.

Beautiful Condo w/a Gorgeous View
Our stay in this property was great overall. The condo is lovely, nicely furnished, well managed by the property management company. The view is truly gorgeous, looking directly over a lawn and then onto the ocean. The second bedroom is very, very small - suitable for sleeping only. The master bedroom and bath are huge and beautifully appointed. The only issue we had during our 6 night stay was with the Westin Hapuna, for which we purchased resort access during our stay for $110/day. The Westin was hosting a company retreat, and as such some of the amenities that should have been available were not. For instance, there was no restaurant available for breakfast at the resort and the mediterranean restaurant was closed for private function a few of the nights we were there. There were also two outdoor private concerts, which lasted until 10pm and were very loud. Fortunately we have teenagers and these weren't a big problem for us, but I'd have been very unhappy about the price we paid for resort access if we'd had small children. And unhappy about the price we paid for the condo if we'd been counting on full access to the resort and its services. I suggest the property management company fully disclose dates that the resort services will be diminished if they can wrangle that information out of the Westin and allow renters to cancel in the event that they aren't satisfied with reduced access to the resort.

We had a fabulous time at the Hapuna Beach residences! Tons of space for our family of 5. The view from the retractable doors was stunning!! Grateful for the access to the amenities at the Westin and Mauna Kea (didn’t get a chance to check out that facility though).

Stunning property
This property is gorgeous! So beautiful and comfortable with straight on beach/ocean views. Doors full open into wall for an indoor/outdoor experience. It’s stunning and perfect. Loved the easy access to the Westin Hapuna as well. Can’t wait to visit again. Xo
