"If you stay here, you must book a sea view balcony room….the ocean view day and night is beautiful…since it’s on a public beach, you sometimes get firework show from the locals too. The bed is so comfortable and enough room to sleep three. We had minor problems with a clogged sink and a broken shampoo dispenser but that was quickly resolved once we notified housekeeping (A on the response and even tidied up our bed). "Repeat customer. Third time back in his hotel but this time was a disappointment. I booked and paid on 27 DEC. Arrived at the hotel on 31 JAN receptionist said cannot find my booking because was booked last minute?? Wasted 20-25 mins and another receptionist-Mariyam or Mariah sorted out a room for me."

"Our stay was wonderful. Room was clean and has toiletries and slippers in case you forgot them at home. We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang. "Hotel is great and house keeping very good. The food and beverage is quite poor for the build of the hotel. The menu is tiny and not great. The drinks are quite poor. Also the staff are not attentive. Theres entire cafes with just no one in attendance at all. It is quite bizarre and they are clearly losing a decent share of money from this.
