"we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk) It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited. Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs."

"I don't get room when arrived at 1.30pm. All room sold out.Front desk say they have not get any information from hotel.com when I show them your confirmation note from my email. I walk away and find other hotel..I'm piss!!"

"Azan, solat jemaah with the hotel permanent imam, you are on a vacation yet still able to experience syariah compliance life in the hotel compound. Convenience for family traveller with small children.The management may improve on the water pressure in the villa(room 403). Overall its a nice place to stay at."

"I would classify this as a budget hotel. The amenities, room, cleanliness, comfort are all budget standard. The room we were in (with King bed) was so small. Plus, during our stay, the building lost electricity a few times (during the night as well). This was an inconvenient esp when you're travelling with kids. But the management did not offer any assistance, just asked us to wait a few hours til power is restored. As management, I would have upgraded rooms or offer drinks or other amenities to...
