"Having problem when check in. Need to call Expedia support to be able to check in. When got room, room no 1 got no toilet door. Room number 2 smell cigarette. Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word. "

"Already book and paid the room the day before and came around 9pm/8pm 2hb may to check in. Then the staff said they already gave the room to other customer and the hotel was full and asked us to leave. And they didn't have any initiative to refund the my money also! So rude. "
