"Very clean. Tasteful interior deco. Building made of high quality structure. There’s direct access to the beach. A suitable place to organize family gatherings and have BBQ. There’s an outdoor grill stove. Ample space to walk about in the backyard. a gazebo with a hammock to chill. Backyard porch with chairs and stools. There’s also outdoor bar table to sit and relax. "No pool towels, no microwave, no stove, no toilet roll for one bathroom Gym was locked kids play room locked One key for the whole 3 room apartment- so if one member needs to swim the others in the room have no TC a/c or electricity"

"All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday."

"There were lots of insect in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and window ledges covered with bird poop. Check in needs a RM 100 cash deposit and have to retain the receipt to claim the money back. Did not know this in advance since nobody said anything. No convenience store close by. Closest restaurants are in Kampung Cina which is about 10 mins walk."
