"Beautiful Hotel, plenty of different spots to explore. We had a premium room for 3 of us. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was average, buffet style..got bored after 2 days of the same food choices. We ate out for lunch and dinner. You have to ask for your room.to be cleaned. "It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
