I just want to mention that there's a bar nearby that stays open late into the night. You might hear loud music playing from around 10 PM to 12 AM."

"This is a residential area, so be warry of lack of transport and eateries. Overall quiet neighborhood. Booked for 2 Adults and 2 Kids and got a huge room with 2 aircons. Bathroom and water pressure was ok. Pillows and mattress were hard. Common area well occupied with water dispenser (hot/cold), iron and washing machine. Don't think they accommodate any cooking or heating up. Breeze self check in and check out process."

"The cleanliness is bad. Floor on the corridor is not sweep. The grass is unkept. Infront of the gate, there is a small dump site. Pipe is leaking. Not worth for money"
