"Though the hotel did not have other sorts of amenities, they do provide the basics. There's no elevator but it's alright as it is an old building. Staff were very accommodating, parking wasn't far from the hotel anyway and overall our experience there was good."

"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves ..."
