" Property n room was cleanly maintained. However need some quick tweaking eg Tap column was loose n some furniture showed signs of damage. Food at breakfast buffet has good spread but lacks quality eg strawberry or smoked salmon or walnut or hazelnut. Staff service very good strong customer greetings n prompt service at the buffet areas. Overall can come again "

"We booked the room upon arriving in Kuantan. The building's exterior, along with the dated mall beside to it, didn't make it our first choice for a hotel. Additionally, the place seemed to have a strong religious tone, which reminded me of a past news of a religious institution raided a hotel, asking elderly couples for proof of marriage. Despite our reservations, we decided to give it a try since our preferred hotel was fully booked. To our surprise, the stay turned out to be pleasant, especially due to the friendly staff. The room we stayed in was somewhat old, but we noticed that some painting and renovation work was underway"

We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless. "Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience. "
