"Location was good and convenient , check in was fast , the only issue is the air con is not cold enough in the room even though set at 17 degrees. Had the same issue on my previous stay. Perhaps the hotel need to do something about it. Ended up couldn’t sleep most of the night "

"This hotel is very new, and the property is in a great condition. There is a shopping center with a grocery market across the street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks English vary well in Malaysia. "

"Love the location of the property, away from main road and set back, not far from Brinchang town. Beautiful property ground, love our room facing the mountain! Staff was very friendly. Service and food at The Lantern Chinese restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffer was good but could improve with more rotation of different varieties of food. We stayed 3 nights and breakfast quickly became very repitative."

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"The property is older and has mould and bugs which are hard to ignore. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. Our room was at the end of the building (quieter) but the wifi did not reach to connect. We had suggested drivers from the hotel cancel on us and little help from the front desk on options. "The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "

"The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But on the night we want to sleep comfortably. Not to luxurious but comfortable please Thank you"
