"The property was only 4 years old and had a look of big city sophistication even though it was in the middle of countryside. It's a self-contained resort with lodgings, shops, and restaurants. We stayed only 1 night but had fun exploring the property. It's an enormous sprawl. When we were there, the weather was nice. But it would be unpleasant to walk around in rain. The room was spacious and offered many amenities. We were comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was that the herbal bath building was outside of the hotel building, and we would have had to walk outside, which meant that on the way back, we would have gotten colder. So we didn't check it out."

"Location of the hotel was great, right in front of Iseshi station and very close to shops and convenience store. Although hotel room was small, it was clean and staffs were very nice and friendly. The best of all was an artificial hot springs which made my skin super smooth, and free popsicle for after bath. The hot spring was for hotel guests only, so it was never crowded. I would absolutely stay at Sanco Inn Iseshi again and would recommend to others. I would try breakfast option next time. "

"Beautiful modern but old-style ryokan with great atmosphere. Baths on the terrace of each room. Fabulous dinner and breakfast. Short walk to the shrine (Naiku). Staff had some English but not a lot of English signs around. "

"Nice property and its surroundings. It’s great place to get away from the big city life. Quite Zen like. The location is far from Nagoya station I might add. Nevertheless it’s a nice place."

"Overall great stay. Wonderful and hospitable staff. Clean everywhere. Breakfast was delicious. Easy parking very nearby (approximately $8/night). We especially loved the Comfort Cafe Lounge in the lobby, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks. Close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"This hotel gave us a surprise if its room size which is bigger than expected. There are also chairs with coffee table in the room which is rare in most of the hotel rooms in Japan. Hotel’s breakfast is fantastic and hotel owner is really putting lots of efforts and heart in its hospitality to all guests."
