"There was always something to do here, whether swimming in the ocean which was more calm than a lake, or in the pool or playing basketball or in the backyard player with sand. There were also so many toys! Our kids range from 3-11 and it was an amazing stay for all. As a mother to so many hungry people it meant a lot to me that when we arrived on Saturday evening so many grocery staples (and extras) were waiting for us! "I had a wonderful stay at this holiday rental in Heraklion. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The terrace was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee with a great view of the sea. It’s in a quiet area but still close to local markets and beaches, which made exploring easy. The mix of modern amenities and a bit of local character made it feel welcoming and homely. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance."

There are just a few points to mention, you will need a car if staying at this villa as the local town is a good 20-30 minute walk away. "The villa was beautifully kept, clean and spacious. The hosts were incredibly helpful and arranged all extras if we needed - we even had a chef arrive at the property whilst we were out who cooked a Cretian feast for us for a very reasonable cost. The location was lovely and tranquil with all the mod cons. The villa was cleaned every three days and the pool too. Communication with the host was easy and not intrusive. It’s a lovely area of Crete."

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning and extremely well looked after, with housekeeping and pool maintenance twice a week.
