"Next to the Aeon Mall and JR Station are important considerations, many food choices, retail and supermarket available make this a very enjoyable location. Will be looking for more JR Inns at other locations in future."

"The mixed gender outdoor hot spring with swim wear provided was excellent. Our room had a mini zen garden inside, and we fell asleep to the sound of the river behind the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets provided ample options, including a make your own hotpot for one. A great place to relax and spend the night after exploring Kurodake ropeway and the surrounding portion of Daisetsuzan National Park."

"This was a great hotel and the staff were excellent.We have really good service from everyone, but one of the reception desk team was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to us, her name is, Kaori Motohashi. Kaori helped us sort out a parking ticket issue, her English is excellent and she is a credit to your hotel. "

"Hotel room is clean and pleasant. Dining options are limited, but the room has kitchen amenities for you to cook your own meals (supermarkets and shops within 15-20 minutes walking distance). Polite and friendly staffs that can converse well in English. "

"It was a very busy time, lots of people checking in. Despite that, all staff very helpful and accommodating to foreign travellers. Hotel close to boulevard with many restaurants and coffee shops. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Loved walking around in Japanese style PJ’s. Highly recommend!"
