"Difficult check in and out. Wanted pool towels and had to go back to check in and put deposit which is understandable but once again had to go to main desk and wait. They could have told us when we checked in. Also, had to call for them to lower temperature in room. They did but it was still hot."

"Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Staff are all wonderful and will do their best to provide excellent service. Food is always lovely. Relaxing areas to sit and drink wine or coffee both inside and outside.Rooms and suites are kept clean and to a high standard. Mini bar stocked with lots of choices of drinks, mixers, wine, beer, snacks - both sweet and savoury. Room service is excellent too. "We stayed for 3 for our 25th wedding anniversary. It is in a good location at the end of the promenade, the hotel itself is clean and the staff helpful. The only small issues were, getting a lounger in the pool area is tricky, and the airconditioning unit in our room could not cope with the heatwave and could not get below 25 degrees, however the staff provided a large fan the following day, which helped cool things down to 22 degrees."
