Perched above the Jordanelle reservoir and a 7 minute drive into historic Main Street in Park City, the Retreat at Jordanelle neighborhood offers expansive mountain luxury for large groups looking to enjoy time together. Whether you are seeking a cozy après ski environment or a summer family getaway, the Retreat at Jordanelle is perfect for your next adventure in Park City.

With the access road newly formed, guests of Retreat 36 can drive out of the neighborhood and around the reservoir to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola in roughly 5 minutes or less, making this location a new hot spot particularly for Deer Valley skiing. Guests also have quick driving access to Park City Mountain and Canyons Village at 10 minutes to each. Downtown Park City is just a few miles down the road and is about a 7 minute trip to the historic corridor. While set back from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat 36 offers solace, yet easy access to all Park City has to offer.

This 4/5 bedroom ski abode boasts sleeping arrangements for 12 travelers, making this end unit townhome very desirable for various guest groups like multi-generational family stays, Sundance executive or other corporate retreats, singles getaways and more. While noise and events are monitored and prohibited in this neighborhood, we do encourage you to enjoy all of the amenities offered at Retreat 36! The neighborhood's common area movie theater, fitness center, seasonal pool and year-round hot tub, grilling pavilion, and billiard room area are great additions to the townhome's private hot tub, grill, and multiple family rooms for entertaining!

The townhome offers 4 traditional bedrooms which include a King master with ensuite bath, a King junior suite, and 2 Queen bedrooms. The lower level living area is a legal 5th bedroom offering two roll away twin beds with memory foam and a full ensuite bath. There is also a upper level loft space with two Twin beds, in total accommodating up to 12 travelers.

The property is equipped with a Traeger grill, Ninja coffee system for ground coffee or pods, ice coffee or milk froth, gourmet stocked kitchenware,TV technologies, high speed internet, central air conditioning, and a beautiful rocky mountain stone fireplace for cozy gathering. Expansive views of the townhome's nearby hiking and biking trails are abundant through the large windows, as the townhome backs up to beautiful open space and a 15 acre park with sidewalks throughout the project.

Family vacation
Wonderful house! First family vacation in a few years and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location to shopping, water sports, Olympic village, grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time and would defiantly come back.

Perfect place for the perfect mountain get away!!
This property is located in the perfect location to take advantage of all Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer! The home is beautiful and well kept. Furnishings are high end and comfortable. Our kids loved the community pool and private hot tub. Such a great place for an extended stay or a quick weekend getaway!

Magical
The property has the best location for all seasons. We've stayed in the Summer with the wildflowers and wide open green spaces, the Fall and saw Moose off the balcony, and of course the winter snowfall and magical star filled skies. We love the big, well-appointed kitchen and great room, plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms, the hot tub, club house gym, plus parking for up to four vehicles. An exceptional property for the price.

The perfect family clubhouse
Lots of rooms for a mixed group-couples, singles. Kitchen and great spacious, comfy and gorgeous. Extra downstairs den and hot tub was a surprise. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the coffee and spices. We felt we should leave some behind for the next family.

We had the best time. Tons of room for our whole family. Everyone enjoyed the beauty all around and all the amenities. We had a slight problem with the internet at the beginning but they worked hard to get everything working for us.

Fantastic condo
This condo is huge and beautiful. There is enough room to have a large group gather and also for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen counter seats 8 and has so much room to cook and enjoy time together. There is a separate air conditioner on the top floor so everyone can sleep comfortably. The huge 2 plus car garage plus 2 driveway parking spots were great. We also loved the clubhouse, which is within walking distance. There were a lot of stairs (since the condo is 3 levels) but this is a beautiful place. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful location, not family friendly
The property was beautiful and located at a lovely spot! It is not family friendly (no high chair, kids dishes, toys, pack n play, etc). It was also a bit dirty (hair in tub, floors dirty, no pillowcases on pillows, no duvet cover). Would stay again if it was just adults and if it had a thorough clean!

Excellent place to stay to explore Park City!
I highly recommend this stay. It's close enough to park city that you can easily drive to most areas within twenty minutes or so. Very clean, pictures are absolute accurate. The hot tub was on and ready to go when we arrived. The neighbors were nice and quiet and the townhouse was well stocked with everything you could need. My only complain was the driveway and entrance were completely iced over during our entire stay to the point we had people falling getting in and out, it could be really dangerous. I would suggest prepping the entry for visitors.

Multi family retreat
Our recent stay at Jordanelle 36 was fantastic. We had 2 large families and there was plenty of room for all. Great kitchen to cook in most nights and convenient to the slopes. The only drawback was that the lower level 2nd living area was shockingly cold, which made it almost unusable during our visit. It would benefit from some type of heater down there.

The 2 beds in the common area are virtually unusable as there are no blinds on huge windows. Disappointed that the workout area was closed and that it wasn’t disclosed. No kitchen towels or dishcloths.

Our Whole Family Trip
This property was absolutely beautiful, loved the kitchen and all the space (we stayed with a group of 9). Everything was very clean and well kept. My only issue is this is a four bedroom townhome, not five. The pictures show a loft with sitting chairs and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is no bedroom with two twins and the loft has the two twin beds in it. We did need five bedrooms given the amount of people we had so that was a little frustrating but the owner said they’d update the listing to reflect that. Just wanted to give a heads up if you’re counting on five private rooms.

Girls Ski Gathering
The property suited our group very well. There were plenty of beds so no one had to share. The living area was large so our group of 8 could hang out and catch up. The kitchen was just okay - instructions for the coffee maker would have been helpful, more bowls and pots, too. Communication with the property management company was timely. The hot tub was good and it was nice to have access to the two-car garage.

A friendly suggestion
The "5 bedrooms" was confusing. And some of the photos were different from the actual house. Ex. The loft area had 2 twin beds in it and not a sitting area like the photos showed. We thought there were 4 bedrooms upstairs but really 3 because the loft, even if hough it had beds, was not a bedroom. This is not a complaint, but a suggestion to make that more clear. It was a nice place and we would stay there again.
