"The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. "The resort is absolutely stunning! Its located in the middle of olive/ lemon trees and its beautiful surroundings will relax you immediately. We booked a room last minute when our original hotel (Olympic) contacted us to say they were overbooked, leaving us without a room just days before our arrival in Parga. "Vanessa's Place is clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed here last year too. it is a quiet property with plenty of parking, other places only have street parking available. I recommend bringing your own towels because they only offer every 3days. They also didn't offer an iron in the room. Overall I would recommend this property to friends."

"The property (building/room status) was fine, but the location was far from town resulting to a daily walk of aprx. 5km (under heat and humidity) since finding parking at Parga has the same chances of winning the lottery. In five days one change of towels/ sheets and no additional provision of soap/shampoo is unacceptable for an accomodation of this rate. Also the pre-payment of guarantee i.e. 50% of the total amount against the terms of Expedia was very peculiar too. Finally potential issues...
