Schönes Apartment für zwei Familien
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut zu erreichen, ist top ausgestattet und es gibt sogar überdachte Parkplätze. Wir konnten von dort aus tolle Ausflüge starten und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

schöne, gut ausgestatte wohnung
die wohnung ist in gutem zustand, hochwertig eingerichtet und der balkon mit block ins tal ist top! im sommer ist in direkter umgebung nicht viel zu machen, gute wanderwege starten nicht direkt dort. ca 10-15 min fußweg zum bahnhof/supermarkt.

Top ausgestattete Wohnung
In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, super ausgestattet, modern und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war Top. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Leider stand im Online-Inserat, dass man bei guter Schneelage, direkt mit dem Ski zum Haus zu fahren kann. Das ist leider nicht möglich Dennoch ist die Lage super, ruhig am Hang gelegen und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Seilbahn. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Schöner Uralub
Es hat alles gepasst. Wir fanden es super das wir 3 DZ und 3 Bäder hatte, hätte nicht besser sein können. Alles sehr sauber und die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Der Weg zur Gondel ca. 5 Minuten, optimal. Das Skigebiet ist super, klasse Pisten und sehr leckere Hütten, wo man wirklich gut essen kann.

Tolle Lage für Wintersportler
Größe und Lage der Fewo sind perfekt. Wir waren mit 6 Erw und 2 Kindern da. Einzig die Sitzecke ist für so viel Leute auf Dauer unbequem. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super. Danke!

Ideal für große Gruppe!
Tolles, gemütliches Häusschen, 3 Badezimmer, 4 x Doppelzimmer mit jeweils Doppelbetten, keine Hochbetten, große Wohnküche mit Sitzecke für 8 Personen, sehr nah zum Skilift gelegen (5 mjn zu Fuß). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne Unterkunft! Nur weiterzuempfehlen!!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 5 Fußminuten von der Talstation in Kaltenbach entfernt. Ursprünglich hieß es, wir hätten zwei Badezimmer, im Endeffekt waren es aber drei, die wir zur Verfügung hatten. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Jedes der vier Zimmer verfügte über ein Doppelbett und einen TV. Zur Wohnung gehörte außerdem ein Trockenraum, in dem Ski, Snowboards und Schuhe untergestellt werden konnten. Aufgrund der guten Anbindung an das ortszentrum und die Talstation, sowie die gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung würden wir sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und zugleich nur ca 400m von der Gondelstation entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.

Niet al te ver van de liften van Kaltenbach (op normale schoenen, op ski schoenen is het echt op de grens van wat leuk is..), maar wel echt buiten het dorp ligt deze accommodatie. De slaapkamers zijn prima, negen bedden, drie badkamers ipv twee. De woonkamer is wel echt klein, met acht volwassenen wil je geen slecht weer... De buitenkant is gewoon een oude schuur, binnen is het gewoon netjes.

Wij hebben niet dit huis van de foto gekregen, maar het huis erachter. Maar plaatjes zien er natuurlijk altijd mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid. Interieur is verder prima, maar voor een achterblijver die niet gaat skiën, is er geen mogelijkheid om in de zon te zitten. En als er sneeuw ligt ski je vanuit het huis naar de gondel. Al met al toch een duur huis omdat eindschoonmaak en elektra er nog bi komt. Eigenaars zijn ontzettend aardig!

Het appartement is langgerekt je komt via de voordeur in een gang met rechts 1 slaapkamer met ensuite een badkamer. Verderop in de gang zijn nog 2 badkamers. Aan de linkerkant van de gang nog 3 slaapkamers, allemaal met tv. Aan het einde van de gang kom je in de woonkeuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien, maar wel aan de krappe kant voor een grote groep. Al met al een prima huis, maar ik miste wel een beetje het knusse van een echte woonkamer. De ligging is ideaal, vlakbij de lift en de apres ski. Sneeuwkettingen zijn aan te raden als er sneeuw ligt, want het laatste stukje naar het huis is echt steil!
