Perfect for exploring the famous three cities of Malta as well as the sandy beach of Rinella Bay, just a five-minute walk. This three-bedroomed townhouse will woo guests who love exploring on foot. The historical cities, essential amenities, and the picturesque harbour, from where you can take the ferry to Valetta, are within a 10–15-minute walk away.

On-site, this sunny, two-level retreat provides you with the perfect space to unwind. There are two rooftop terraces, open-air dining in the courtyard and a BBQ barbecue. Inside, the townhouse is decorated in a modern style with an elegant living room featuring a Smart TV, a large L-shaped sofa and an armchair. There is also a DVD player with a wide selection of DVDs and CDs to choose from, as well as, plenty of books and games for your entertainment. The large and bright kitchen/dining area with courtyard access has a dining table for 6 and is perfect for having breakfast, lunch and dinner in complete privacy. All essential utilities like a dishwasher, oven, and fridge-freezer are installed for an absolutely carefree stay.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. From the laundry room on the second floor, you can access the two roof terraces which are furnished with sun loungers. Younger guests will also find a number of toys to keep them busy.

Location

The three cities (Birgu, Senglea and Cospicua) offer an intriguing insight into Malta and its history, and they are all within walking distance of the property. The townhouse is only a five-minute walk from the sandy beach of Rinella Bay and the wonderful Esplora Interactive Science Centre. The seafront offers several bars, restaurants and shops for a hassle-free holiday. You can also head to Birgu Harbour, a 15-minute walk from here, where you will find numerous bars and restaurants.

The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny, with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. Its remarkably mild winters and piercing blue skies make it ideal for long walks in the lush countryside. You can enjoy some of the clearest waters in the Mediterranean, walking/trekking tours, land and water sports and Maltese festivals. Malta International Airport is about twenty minutes away by car or taxi. The Rinella bus stop is just a five-minute walk from here, with frequent service to Valletta as well as other towns along the way.

Fabulous stay
The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos and is really well equipped. There are 2 great roof terraces and a shady patio. It really is a fabulous house and will sleep 6 comfortably in 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need except for a decent kitchen knife and there are little extra touches such as small boxes of toiletries. There are lots of books and DVDs. However, it's difficult to watch the TV as you can't get a decent level of sound unless you watch YouTube or a DVD. Once the renovations on the waterfront are complete, it will be a really nice place to go in the evening. There must a bus stop round the corner and it only takes about 25 minutes to get to Valetta. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, it really is fabulous and the property managers are extremely helpful.
