With 2,316 sq ft of living space and 5.2 acres, theres plenty of space for the whole family to spread out.

Main level:
Beautiful Mountain views can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room and kitchen with natural light throughout all the rooms. An open floor plan with a gas fireplace and pine wood floors creates the perfect space for everyone to gather and make Montana memories. The primary bedroom with a king bed and on-suite (full bathroom) is located on the main level with lots of closet space!

Downstairs:
There are 2 bedrooms; one with a California king bed and the other room, which is more spacious with a walkout patio, has two queen beds and a rollaway. Both rooms share one full bathroom. Laundry room with Suana are located at the bottom of the stairs.

Garage/Game room featuring a ping pong table and poker/game table, sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, corn hole are extra amenities the whole family can enjoy as well, making this the ultimate retreat for larger groups. Please note that when colder temperatures hit us, the garage may not be useable do the fact that it might be too chilly.

Hot Tub - located outside of the house and on the side of the garage. The hot tub does not have any sort of building protection over it, therefore the path around it may be slippery at times. We can not use salt as it will ruin the hot tub.

Clean peaceful family hangout
Check-in was easy with the provided key code for the front door. Manager was easy to communicate with and our special request was ready upon arrival, making the whole experience smooth, even though we arrived late at night! The property was immaculate and decorated nicely. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options for the whole family and lots of activities to do outside around the property (and in the game room / garage). With its great location, we were able to experience nature (wild turkey and deer) and privacy, but still be close enough to the amenities of town, not feeling isolated. One minor thing to note is that the hot tub doesn't have any kind of assist for the cover. This didn't affect us, but something to keep in mind if lifting a moderate amount of weight is difficult for you.
