Just what we needed
We chose this property as a place to stay while visiting for a family wedding. The unit was clean and as advertised. Quiet in the evenings.

Great stay near downtown
We had a great stay and loved being close to downtown Kalispell. The apartment was updated and served us well. Only recommendation would be to send all check-in and wifi information prior to the stay. We did appreciate how quickly Christina replied when we did need something.

Great Kalispell Spot
Small studio apartment located just off the main road in Kalispell at the end of a neighborhood street. Easy drive to where all the action is and only 35-40 from GNP. Christina was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Nice personal touches throughout this place. Would stay here again.

Renters Beware!
We arrived at the property at the agreed upon 4PM check-in. Aria 2 in the listing shows a second floor suite. Aria 2 which our door code opened was a ground floor suite. Once inside we found leaves, dirt, pillows and even dog pee on the living room floor. Nothing had been cleaned yet. Kitchen and living room in disarray, beds not made, dirty bedding in the washer. We contacted the property manager after a few attempts. She offered us the suite next door, but the cleaning staff were only starting to clean the place. We refused and told her we had rented a suite that the pictures showed was a second floor suite with a balcony and a leather/vinyl sofa, not cloth. The manager offered us a full refund which we accepted and received about a week later. But now we were stuck in a strange city at 6PM on a Friday night of a long weekend looking for a hotel room! Renters take heed and avoid this property at all cost despite how nice it looks on the listing.

This place was just the right size for the group. It was very clean and easy to access and was in the perfect spot in town where it was close to everything.

Just ok
The photos of this property don’t represent it well. Furniture is different (and less comfortable) and it looks newer than it is in the photos. There are lots of little things that would make this place nicer - more storage in the bedrooms (there is a bed and nightstand(s) only, the ability to hang more than 2 towels for a place that’s supposed to sleep 4, coffee mugs for the coffee pot. The property manager was responsive when we reported something we needed, so that was good. The location is a little interesting - on the edge of downtown with abandoned buildings nearby. It did the job, but I likely wouldn’t stay here again.
