"The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, which is why I rated the accuracy of online listing as 3. The view is stunning and the villa is fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is brilliant as it isn't very deep so great for younger children. Spiros is a great host and exceptionally welcoming - thank you :). We had such a great time that we are going back next year."

"My family and I loved our stay here. Our kids loved the freedom to just be at the beach or play in the small pool on site. We felt welcomed as though we were part of the family. This was a great place from which to explore Zakynthos and relax at what became our favorite beach."

"This property needs a severe overhaul. Everything is old and dirty. Kitchen cupboards are falling apart, bathroom is the worst I have ever been in. Shower small, toilet seat old and a hole in it, actual toilet dirty and stained....horible. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights, lucky we got delayed a night and then friends were leaving early from their accommodation and let us stay there. This place could be amazing if some time and money was spent on it. Definitely not worth what we paid....

"This had to have been my favourite holiday to date. The property itself is beautifully styled, excellently maintained and superbly located. "Superbe maison parfaitement aménagée et au calme au sud de Céphalonie. Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans ce lieu, l’hôte est très sympathique et donne des conseils pour les différentes visites à faire. Petite plage à moins de 10min (avec douche!) ou l’on peut prendre un petit bain dès le matin pour lancer la journée. Je recommande les yeux fermés!"

"New property very close to the water where you could swim. Very welcoming owners who have created a very comfortable relaxing villa. It was very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views. Wonderful, delicious meal was created for us and some delicious baklava - home made of course - was a fabulous treat. Thank you Demitris and Dyonisos. We will be back in the future."

"Having just spent a week at the villa, I cannot give the property and owner enough praise. This was a trip for my 40th Birthday and it was perfect. Labros arrived with a cake on my birthday and delivered us home made pastry’s which were his mothers recipe. The villa is amazing, spacious, beautiful and with everything you could need. The outdoor grill area and pool are particularly good for entertaining. The local area has amazing beaches, and a good selection of quality restaurants. Labros...

Property was great size and layout for our group, and could have fit 2 more people comfortably. Everything looked like the pictures and description, very accurate, and actually was even better in person. Rachel was a wonderful host, showed up in person to greet us and even came back the following day to give us highlights of the island and recommendations. Super responsive for any...

"We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. Pefko is perfect for a family of four - we have twins. We also managed to have the grandparents staying for a short visit....

"The villa was perfect for us. 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite and balconies with amazing views over the sea. Lovely pool which was cleaned during our stay. 15 min walk to the gorgeous beach with the choice of 2 tavernas..with delicious homemade Greek dishes. Maria was very welcoming , meeting us at the airport and leaving a delicious pie for us as well as basic groceries. There was everything we needed in the villa..we would definitely return.."
