"Resort setting. Restaurant pricing was high, meal was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding. No elevator, staff carried suitcases to room. Right on the ocean, didn't have time to enjoy as we had to move on to our next stop. Place seemed to be popular. WiFi provided. Free parking. Staff spoke English."

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
