"It was a huge 1 bedroom apartment, which was good as it helped block out some of the traffic noise. Staff were really nice and helpful, the night watch man booked a dolphin watching trip for me at the same price as it would have been in town, and I was picked up by the boat right in front of the hotel. "Helt ok hotell med bra läge. Gångavstånd till både centrum och beach. Vi fick ett rum i receptionsbyggnaden och där hördes alla ljud från vägen utanför. Restaurangen var underbemannad som gav sämre service. Vi kunde t.ex inte köpa lunchen där då kocken saknades. "

"nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"Great location for easy walk into Lovina but peaceful lovely location with a beautiful pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money and the breakfasts were good. Nice and quiet with pleasant gardens."

"The only one thing we love about this place is the swimming pool with seaview. We stayed for three nights. No staff cleaning our room or pick up the garbage the whole time we staying there. The facilities is terrible. The bed was unusable and the cockroaches in bathroom. "

"This property is very unkempt and in very poor condition. You should not have it on your site. We stayed one night instead of the two we had booked. The staff were great and the room though old was clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The grounds were a mess. It is a shame as could be a good hotel"

"We had the best time at Villa Emerald. Our chef, Suci, was the best. She created traditional meals for both breakfast and dinner. The Villa is well kept and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. Feri, the groundskeeper kept the yards and pool looking spotless. He is a great asset to the property owner. And of course, Kupit our driver was an excellent tour guide. He was always available when we called and asked for a ride or an excursion to see highlights around...

"We’re a couple of foodies who love quality cocktails and this place just blew our minds. Pretty much everything is locally sourced, which is bonkers considering the huge amount of creations coming from the kitchen and bar. Thanks to chef Sheandy, Arsana (bar) and Budi (butler) for making this an unforgettable experience. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat 10/10"
