"Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!"

" Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on...

"Hosts were amazing and so quick to respond to any questions we had. House was exactly as described. Great location, close to Rovinj, Porec and Pula. There was 6 of staying? 5 adults and a 15 year old. Loved the pool area for morning coffee and swim before exploring different cities, as well as sun bathing during some days. Local store has all basic groceries and fruits. Highly recommending Tomassoz konoba close to the house. Amazing food and service at very good prices. We would definitely...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Leona. The house is large and beautifully appointed. It is equipped superbly and has a fabulous pool. The location is quiet and rural but within easy reach of many of the beaches and beautiful Istrian towns. We recommend highly!"

"This home is a great get away for your young family. There are plenty of activities in the house to keep the children happy and a very relaxing atmosphere for the adults. The house had everything we needed. The location was optimal for exploring Isteria and located near a small village with a market and a few local restaurants. The hosts were very response and welcoming."

"Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte, waren Haken in den Bädern, um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ansonsten kann man bei guten Wetter den Pool nutzen, sich sonnen oder Tischtennis spielen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden bei unser Ankunft mit Gebäck, Bier, Schnaps und Säften herzlich begrüßt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war er sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit."

The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."

"We stayed for a week and thought that the house and location were ideal, we could get to anywhere we wished within 30mins and we really appreciated the surrounding peaceful countryside. So beautiful inside and out. Many hours were spent in the pool with a very handy outside shower. Indoor had everything you could ever need to prepare food and provide comfort. Would recommend to anyone, very pleased with our choice, and the host was extremely helpful and informative."

"Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und es ist alles was nötig ist vorhanden. Geschirr ist allerdings nur im Haupthaus. Einzig was verbessert werden könnte wäre den Pool zu Heizen. Zu unserem Reisedatum war der Pool doch sehr kalt. (Anfang September) Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt."

"Um es gleich mal auf den Punkt zu bringen, das Haus ist Klasse. Zwei, drei Dinge könnten noch verbessert werden, aber das ist dann schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad im Erdgeschoss. Der erste Stock ist nicht nutzbar. Die Betten waren OK, aber die Matratzen waren sehr hart (ist gewöhnungsbedürftig) und jetzt kommt ein Kritikpunkt - die Kopfkissen waren extrem klein und sehr flach, was extrem unangenehm beim Schlafen war. "Die Villa ist absolut ruhig, sehr gepflegt und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Der saubere private Pool bietet Abkühlung, ist jedoch zum Schwimmen etwas klein, was aber auf den Bildern bereits erkennbar ist. Die Stadt Porec und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen keine 10 Autominuten entfernt. Service war perfekt! Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub..."

"Great pool area and beautiful coastal location. Stunning old town of Vrsar nearby. Self-catering accommodation had all we needed and a big terrace with Sun loungers for all!"

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "
