2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2 story apartment with some views from the small upstairs side balcony. Both bedrooms are downstairs, main bedroom has new queen bed & new flooring. Second bedroom has a double bed & 1 bunk bed, plus the kitchen and small sitting area to relax in. There is a large lounge room upstairs on a mezzanine level. Box air con, reverse cycle in downstairs area and ceiling fans throughout. TV and DVD player in lounge room. New microwave, fridge/freezer and oven/stove in fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. New BBQ in small fully enclosed courtyard with a small area of lawn. Middle unit in group of 5 on the main street, with river across the road and next door to IGA. Small balcony upstairs off large lounge room with river glimpses. 1 Parking bay

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Fun Stay in Central Kalbarri
Loved central location. exposed timbers and upstairs living area fantastic. Beds cosy. Check in and out very easy. Driveway and parking tight. Retic came on at 4am and woke us up. BBQ gas not connected. Overall loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really lovely quaint house - queen bed extremely comfy, everything you would need in the house to cook & great layout. Close to shops and town to walk in to the bar and IGA next door - beach on your front door step. Spacious house but the only negative would be parking is extremely tight - we had our 4x4 and it was very tight getting in and out - but other than this it was an awesome little place. One last recommendation being so close to the beach and the clean freak I am would be to have a vacuum handy to be used for people staying a longer period of time as the tiles + sand can get pretty full on :-) thanks for having us !

Is a great location! Unfortunately probably lacking some maintenance it rained while we where there and roof was leaking in main living area and around front door inside the house! Front door was swollen from all the water which made it nearly impossible to open!!! I’m sure it would fine if doesn’t rain!!!’

Reviewer Comments: I loved the setup of the rental with its large amount of room to move both upstairs and down stairs, all facilities provided, large fridge, split level air -con, comfortable beds, every thing you need is provided. Parking was the only problem I had But worked out the best way to park in allocated car parking bay. I have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine's place to my friends and family. Thank You.

Bed was so bad I ended up almost unable to walk from a bad back. Blinds in all rooms broken and missing so both bedrooms could be looked in from outside. Outdoor furniture was very dirty. BBQ so old and dodgy looking I was too concerned to use it. Microwave had the top lifting up, so didn't use as worried about radiation. Ceiling fan in bedroom missing bits and in poor condition. Bath tap was corroded. List goes on... emailed the property manager while there and they didn't bother replying.

The BBQ needs to be replaced, the fire alarm doesn't work and there are damp patches, slats from the blinds missing etc. But, it's easy to cross the road and walk the dogs, next to IGA, quiet and safe. As dogs need to be kept outside some form of shading and cover from the weather should be provided. It poured with rain one night and during the day it was very hot in the back yard. I was happy with the family holiday, the kitchen had backing pans and everything we needed to cook. Just remember if you want more then pay more, this was as expected.

We booked for 7 nights, great location across from the beach. House itself could do with a little touch up but overall was an ideal holiday home. The freezer really smells and has been reported before looking at previous reviews even trying to clean yourself doesnt get rid of it, the only real thing that lets it down. Also having a parking space right outside is great although if all the other spaces are filled its hard to manoeuvre in and out. Overall enjoyable stay

Great location at a good price. Comfortable enough for a family of 5. The fridge smelled really badly of fish and couldn't be cleaned easily as it was full of ice. Needs to be replaced or at least defrosted and thoroughly cleaned. Apart from that we had a good time and found it very convenient.

Paid online for 10 night stay and paid high season prices for July. Pictures online gave impression that this was a waterfront apartment... Not! Carpet was stained and holes, M/bedroom smelled and toilet bowl cracked. Refrigeration unit at IGA next door loud and runs all night. Complained to real estate office but no money back offered. The good, close to shop and spacious. Clean sheets with bed ok.
