3 Night Minimum

Adult only retreat - WiFi inc - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 story apartment. Downstairs - 1 large main bedroom with 1 queen bed with en-suite plus day couch for relaxing all with views. The second room has 1 double bed . Second Bathroom with separate toilet is & washing machine. Reverse cycle air con in living area (upstairs) and both bedrooms (downstairs). Upstairs is a large open plan lounge / dining & kitchen with big cosy couch to relax in and take in all the views on offer. Large screen TV & stereo. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer in the well stocked kitchen. There is an extra powder room upstairs as well.

Separate single garage available. Fantastic uninterrupted views of the coastal cliffs and ocean. The BBQ is situated on small back patio. The driveway is shared side by side with separately owned Unit1 so limited parking of 2 cars. Please No parking on lawns due to damage to retic.

Downstairs; Main bedroom with en-suite, 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and laundry.

Upstairs; Large Kitchen/dining/living area with views up and down the coast. Extra powder room and small balcony with views.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

House with a View
The house had everything you need, excellent views from the balcony. Easy stroll to the inlet for a swim or some fishing and the shops. We couldn't have been more happy with the stay.

IDEAL STAY PLACE IN KALBARRI
The property is ideally located with panoramic views of the Bay and to the north. The unit is well stocked with crockery/cutlery and the second bedroom is an adequate size, though probably more suited to children. Overall it was a great place to stay in.

A visit to Kalbarri with overseas family
Easy to find, convenient for shops restaurants. Clean comfortable lots of room. Would stay there again, overseas visitors loved the beautiful sea views from the house .

Bed was comfortable, house was clean and warm, good views from lounge rom upstairs, everything worked. The house is upside down and the stairs are a bit steep so be careful and hold on to the banister. Balcony is small but usable. Building work next door was not too intrusive. We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as circumstances allow.

What a View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable and within coo-ee of the town and the beach. We had such a relaxing stay. A good kitchen - we cooked a couple of meals. But when we went out to eat we were able to easily saunter to most of the cafes and restaurants. The blue view from our living room was so beautiful we never shut the blinds - which meant we got to see the magnificent full moon light up the night sky. Having such a cosy base meant we could go adventuring in the gorges in the morning and relax in the cool for the afternoon. It made our holiday unforgettable.

However the windows were very dirty with sea spray and they need to be cleaned more often than they are now.The accommodation was very tidy, but we had a small issue with a couple of big cockroaches which are now dead and went swimming down the toilet.Main bedroom A/C needs attention, not very cold, and needs a good service. And 1 of the wall lights in there is dead too.Overall, for the price paid, we would've expected the maintenance of the property to be up to scratch.The garage could do with a sweep out, paint on the eves above the balcony is peeling and the grout in the main bathroom shower shows signs of mould coming through too.Overall, nothing too major and would stay again if we came back to Kalbarri

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have been happier in lovely Kingview 2. It was clean and bright and comfortable and felt like home. The view from the upstairs living room is beautiful and we sat for hours watching the ever changing sea. We had windy weather every day so we walked in the gorges and climbed Red Bluff and swam at Blue Holes early before the wind came up then came home to have late breakfast on the balcony and watch the Nankeen kestrels flying about. It was a wonderful holiday. The people at Ray White were helpful and friendly and approachable. We will go again as soon as we can.

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, except for the stairs,which at our age we found quite challenging , so have booked our stay next year at a property on one level.We were able to walk into town to the lovely bakeries, cafes and other amenities, or just stroll along the riverfront.Geraldton made for a good day trip to top up on supplies and visit the Chapman Valley. Another day trip to visit the Pink Lake, Port Gregory and Horrocks was a highlight. Best of all was our trip to the National Park to experience the Skywalk and do all of the short walks. What a magnificent structure the Skywalk is.

Great location
The location and the ocean view are excellent. Its a very comfortable house suitable for a family or two couples. Unfortunately, the adjoining property was being repaired following last year's cyclone, hence, we had tradesman starting at 7am most days.......making a heap of noise and parking in the driveway. Not ideal!
