This architecturally designed 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers 2 x King Beds & 4 x Single beds. The house offers modern quality accommodation for your ultimate relaxation, sleeps 8 people between two separate bedroom wings, it is the ideal setup for 2 holidaying families. The front 2 bedrooms consist of king beds and ensuite /share facilities the rear 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each.
The kitchen boasts a Miele gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, stone tops and the many quality small appliances for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining. A second smaller fridge-freezer in the laundry can be used for extra food and drinks. PLEASE NOTE THE INSIDE FIRE IS NOT TO BE USED BY GUESTS
We also invite our guests to use and get involved in the organic herb and vegetable garden.

The home offers free WiFi & complementary Netflix with a large smart TV DVD player and Bluetooth connection speakers inside and outside the home to play your favourite play lists on. A 6.5 star Nathers energy rating, which means that the house is super comfortable all year around.

Although seldom needed, all bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The property is full fenced and gated, has CCTV security installed externally, so your small people and furry family member are safe and an instantaneous gas hot water system so you know the hot water will not run out.

The house is an easy 10-minute walk from the idyllic Siphon and Blue Holes beaches, town or Finlay’s.

The rear garden is the ideal setting for gatherings and family fun time, with a large external dining table under the wind-protected patio,
an external separate seating area and fire place* (*use of the fireplace has strict restrictions), an after- beach shower and 150sqm of soft, level lawn.
This is the unofficial home of “Kalbarri Backyard Cricket Club”!

Top it all off the home is wheelchair friendly come on in and enjoy your holidays!

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
