"Pros: 1.) Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist großartig, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach toll. 2.) Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Einen Pool haben wir nicht vermisst, da der Kiesstrand gut zu Fuss zu erreichen war. (Mit ganz kleinen Kindern nicht so geeignet.) 3.) Die Klimaanlagen waren zwischendurch Gold wert. :-) 4.) Die Ruhe und die allabendlichen Hirsche/ Rehe waren genial. 5.) Was waren wirklich unvergessliche drei Wochen in diesem Haus. 6.) Die Küchenausstattung war...

"Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! You were a pleasure to work with."

"If you are looking for a quiet get away from the crowds but in easy reach of faciliites if needed, look no further, this property is second to none and in all the years we have been booking private houses, this is the best to date, what can I say about our hosts, the were also second to none, extremely helpful, very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay absolutely brilliant, THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND, get a car and tour the whole island is also thoroughly recommended ;-)"

"We've had a wonderful week in Beach Pearl villa. The host was amazing! George greeted us on arrival and showed us the villa and the beach that is two minutes walk from the house. He was there for us when we needed him . Very friendly, helpful and generous host. We had some gifts in the fridge and George was bringing little gifts during our stay :) In the villa you have everything you need, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine very handy with three teenagers!) The barbecue area...

"Die Unterkunft ist eine Wucht. Der Empfang wurde von der Agentur geleistet und ein Mitarbeiter erklärte einem kurz und verständlich die Technik. Ohne viel drumherum und Aufwand. Der freundliche Empfang wurde noch mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Obstkorb unterstrichen. Das Beach House ist einfach nur 1a. Alles sauber und hochwertig. Terrasse super eingerichtet und mit schöner Bepflanzung gesäumt, konnte sie abends auch unglaublich schön illuminiert werden. Eingerahmt von der Festung in Haraki,...
