Check in took FOREVER, even tho there was only one person in front of us. Then we were rudely informed of the non negotiable $100 deposit (even tho we already paid, and there was no mention of this on the website). As we left ON TIME, I stopped at the front desk to make sure they knew we were leaving. The next day I realized they only refunded a portion of the deposit- the reason stated… LATE CHECK OUT?!?! The only nice part about this stay was the person that fixed this error and refunded the rest of my deposit (which took 7-10 business days to come back). Next time I’ll shop around a little more.

I really like this hotel because it has a kitchenette and it’s clean, there isn’t a bunch of drug addicts hanging around and it’s really quiet. Everything works and if something does happen they are really good about fixing it. This is one of the best STAY OF AMERICA I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at a few. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, my family, friends, and even a stranger looking for a place to stay. Really nice, no cap!!!

I woke up with bed bug bites and bugs all over me and in the bed. I was loved to a different floor and room and that room had roaches. The staff was extremely nice but they should’ve definitely been notifying people of this issue
