Our property is also conveniently located near Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo outdoor mall, and several local breweries. The apartment includes a laundry room, full kitchen, pull-out couch, office space, wifi, and a 65" smart TV for your entertainment.
You'll have full access to the entire apartment, including gated parking and a secured building. Our downtown location is close to all the entertainment, restaurants, and shopping you could want, as well as major employers like Bronson Hospital, Pfizer, and KVCC's downtown campus.
Public transportation is available, or you can easily call for a Lyft or Uber. And if you prefer to explore on foot, most attractions are within walking distance. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings that may disturb our neighbors.
Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Pets: While we love furry friends, we have a strict no-pet policy to accommodate guests with allergies.
Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the booking details. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
Respect Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Keep the Property Tidy: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash, load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and collect all dirty/used linens and towels on the bathroom floor.
Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property.
Report Damages or Issues: If you notice any damages or issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities on the property are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
Respect the Neighbors: Be mindful of our neighbors' privacy and refrain from making excessive noise or engaging in disruptive behavior.
Use Appliances Safely: Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly and follow any provided instructions.
Parking: Please use the designated Select Stay parking spots, make sure your vehicle is parked inside the lines, and avoid blocking driveways or other vehicles.
