The 2-floor luxury private villa is just 100 m walk from a long pebble beach with crystal clear water.
Panoramic view on the Messinian bay to the west and on Taygetos mountain to the east.
The villa, 100 sq m, comprised of living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all of them with sea view) and 2 bathrooms, is situated in the middle of a 1,500 sq m. garden with grass, colorful flowers and various trees.
Completely renovated in 2007.
It has well-functioning air-conditioning (in the bedrooms) which also works for heating and tile-roof.
5 min. drive to picturesque and lively Kalamata. Ideal for couples and families. Memorable sunsets.
Kalamata city is only 5 km, offering beach front restaurants, shops and night life.


Travel to Kalamata: From April to October direct flights connect several countries to Kalamata and Araxos (near Patras).
Directt flights connect daily Kalamata to Athens (Aegean Air), Salonica and Crete.
Driving time from Athens approx. 2 hours (250 km new highway).
From Italy (Ancona, Venice, Brindesi or Bari) there is daily ferry connection to Patras;
distance Patras - Kalamata is 210 km.
Regular ferry connection to Crete.

Peaceful getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect place for our group. The property is beautiful and allowed for a wonder view of the sunset. The property manager was very kind. There were a few beers and a fresh bowl of fruit for us to enjoy when we arrived. The location was perfect and with a gated property felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property for anyone traveling to this area.

What can I say? The house was perfect. Everything we needed in a beautiful setting. Sunsets were amazing. And Panos couldn’t have helped us more with answers to questions and recommendations.

Eine schöne Woche im Mai in Kalamata
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Kalamata. Panos der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns immer mit sehr guten Tips und Ratschlägen versorgt. Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Lediglich die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse hat manchmal gestört. Die Zimmerbeschreibung stimmt nicht ganz, das 3te Schlafzimmer ist ein Teil ( Empore) des zweiten Schlafzimmers und hat keinen eigenen Eingang. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe ( in südlicher Richtung mit dem Auto zwischen 5 bis 15 Minuten zu fahren). Die Nähe zu Kakamata hat auch Vorteile, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Großen Kalamata Strand sind es nur 5 bis 10 Minute)

Wunderschön gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Panos war sehr bemüht- hat alles gut geklappt
Sehr nahe an einem kleinen, aber sauberen und ruhigem Strand, auf dem Grundstück hat man eine tolle Aussicht und grosse Bäume= viel kühler Schatten. Wir haben es sehr genossen:)
