"Our flight arrived in at 1 AM which we had notified the hotel about. The ground floor of the building had no signs indicating check-in. We almost gave up. International visitors can't activate cell phones right away so after 15 minutes of searching, we finally found an empty desk with a phone number and some hotel brochures on it and thought that if this was check-in, it was useless. "When in Kochi we always stay at Le-Meridien. The hotel has a real character. The staff are excellent. The food is delicious. We love the breakfast buffet at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. We usually stay in the club room which has a good size balcony. The club room also gives us access to free drinks and buffet during happy hours in the evening. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. We will continue to go back there. "
