"We needed a property to close to the airport as we had an early flight. This property was perfect. It's completely air conditioned - essential in July! It's as described and communication was quick and simple. We walked 15 mins to the city center of Spata (briefly a steep uphill walk) and enjoyed a lovely dinner (Ataka) and after dinner coffee/drinks (Etheer) at the park in the center of town. "

Allerdings sprachen die Vermieter kaum englisch, sodass die Kommunikation etwas umständlich war. Das Haus umfasst drei Wohneinheiten: im Erdgeschoss wohnen die Vermieter und zwei Maisonette Wohnungen können angemietet werden. "We rented all three apartments for our group of 12 and worked well. Just a couple issues. For both two bedroom apt which each had 5 people, only 2 rolls of toilet paper. One two bedroom had only a dish cloth and no dish towel. The other had neither. One had lots of silverware and the other barely had any. It worked since we could use each others. No mirrors other than in bathroom. All and all it was a nice stay. Supplies could be a little better."

"We had a very nice stay at this accomodation. Our host was very helpful and took good care of us. The unit has everything needed for a family vacation. A true home away from home. Accomodation is near all needed ammenities, beach and restaurants. A rental car did come in handy though. The property has off street secure parking for the rental car which is a must in Greece."

"The host was extremely accommodating at helping us get checked in and show us how everything worked. Every corner of the yard and the house was decorated beautifully and was absolutely gorgeous. "The property was a big surprise because it was it a rural, agriculture area. It was an old farm house, converted guest house. The rooms were wonderful as was the open space and the airy dining room.
