The industrial apartment has recently been refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with a fresh and modern design.

The location is very good - right in the city center of Kaiserslautern:
You can reach the train station quickly and on foot, as can all the shops and restaurants in the city centre.

You can start your day with a coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this accommodation.

The apartment has been furnished in a grand style and has a comfortable double bed, a smart TV with Netflix & Co. and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, fridge and everything you need.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shampoo/shower gel.

My wife and I stayed her for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us! Very comfy and cute. Short walk to the train and downtown with shops and food.

Perfect downtown long stay
This was a great little property to give you a feel of what it would be like to live downtown. Plenty of space for 2 adults, cute decorations and basics were provided. The location of the room (bottom floor) helps keep it cool, even when it was over 80 F. Make sure to note that the fridge is small and there is no oven. It can be a little noisy at night as the city doesn't sleep until well into the morning, however it was not incessant or unmanageable. The staff were very responsive with questions and very polite. You are truly a 5 minute walk from a myriad of restaurants, shops, a mall, a train station and a laundry service. This was an ideal stay for a longer vacation and would recommend it.
Stayed 13 nights in May 2023
